Featuring a prime location for viewing the Chicago River, the city’s famed architecture and the New Year’s Eve fireworks display from Navy Pier, Rebar at Trump Chicago presents Glamour Under the Stars, which includes a range of dining and imbibing packages for New Year’s Eve revelers. Rebar’s open, airy space will be filled with stunning, twinkling lights and opulent silver and navy silk draping offering an intimate and glamorous setting for guests. A live DJ and back up dancers will be performing throughout the evening.

The Golden Era: Dining at Sixteen

With glistening views of the city skyline, Sixteen ushers in 2016 with a theme of The Golden Era. Inspired by the heyday of old Hollywood glamour, the staff will be elegantly dressed in gold, floor-length gowns and sharp tuxedoes, while the dining room will glow with warm lighting, sparkling golden décor and a festive buzz.

The spotlight, of course, will be on the two-Michelin-starred cuisine of Executive Chef Thomas Lents. For gourmands seeking a sophisticated culinary celebration, two seatings are available. The first seating is available from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and includes a four-course menu for $160. The second seating is available from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a twelve-course grand tasting menu for $350. The Neal O-Hara Band, a musical act composed of a vocalist and pianist, will perform throughout the evening and guests will enjoy a Champagne toast at midnight to welcome the New Year, along with unrivaled views of the Navy Pier fireworks display.

New Year’s Day: Brunch at Sixteen

To ease guests from their New Year’s Eve festivities into a marvelous start to 2016, Chef Thomas Lents will present a lavish brunch and complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa at Sixteen from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on New Year’s Day. Appealing to the whole family, diners will have the option to select from a colorful array of soups, salads, charcuterie and a raw bar in addition to bustling stations featuring omelets, sushi and nigiri, carved specialty meats and fish and more. A Kids Table will be available including childhood favorites, from mini burgers to grilled cheese sandwiches.
