Las Vegas, Nev. – Dec. 30, 2013 – The Trump International Hotel™ Las Vegas has launched a total body fitness boot camp to complement its TRUMP® WELLNESS program in time for hotel guests with resolutions to get healthier in the new year. Participants will experience a challenging workout as they run alongside the canals of Venice, a pirate cove, and a rumbling volcano on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Guaranteed to test both men and women of all fitness levels, the 60-minute class is led by a certified trainer who will take guests through a variety of exercises with high intensity intervals designed to improve body composition, athletic performance, muscle endurance and strength. Should a guest forget to pack their own workout gear, the hotel’s TRUMP® ATTACHE will provide complimentary use of fitness apparel and footwear along with an iPod Shuffle preloaded with TRUMP® CARD music genres, as part of the TRAVEL FIT Trump Wellness program. After the intense calorie burning session, guests may dine guilt-free on delicious and healthful choices from the Trump Wellness NOURISH in-suite dining menu, noting nutritional information and offering organic, low-fat and low sodium items under 300 calories, including the popular spinach and mushroom egg white scramble, with only two grams of fat and seven grams of sugar. Guests may then relax with a revivifying “Vegas Recovery” Balinese massage at the hotel’s award-winning Spa at Trump®, or lounge poolside in a plush, air-conditioned cabana on the seventh floor outdoor pool deck, with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains.

The boot camp, as well as additional fitness classes including Pilates, yoga, and qi yoga, are available daily for hotel guests.
